Long before CSR became a mandate, Alembic built institutions that serve thousands every day — a 200-bed multispecialty hospital and five non-profit schools across Vadodara and Bangalore.
What began in 1964 as a small facility for Alembic employees has grown into one of Gujarat's most distinguished hospitals — offering services and procedures unparalleled anywhere in the state. Today, BAGH is a 200-bed multispecialty tertiary care hospital at the forefront of making advanced medical technology accessible to all.
Established in 2015, the Alembic CSR Foundation runs targeted programs across Health, Education, Livelihood, Environment, and Arts & Culture — reaching the most marginalised communities in Panchmahal and Vadodara districts.
The Foundation works across 27 villages and Vadodara city, touching over 58,000 direct beneficiaries annually. Its programs are designed around three principles: Empowerment, Sustainability, and Advocacy — bridging development gaps with measurable outcomes.
